Return & Refund Policy

At MÉVOIR, we are committed to delivering a refined and high quality experience. If your purchase does not meet expectations, you may exercise your right of withdrawal in accordance with European Union consumer law.
1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
In line with EU regulations, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason.

2. Return Conditions
To maintain our premium standards, returned items must meet the following conditions:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in pristine condition
- All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact
- Items must not show any signs of use, damage, or alteration
MÉVOIR reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these standards.
3. Return Procedure
- Notify us within 14 days via email with your order number
- You will receive detailed return instructions
- Ship the item back within 14 days after notification
4. Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer
- We strongly recommend a tracked and insured shipping method
- MÉVOIR is not liable for lost or damaged return shipments
5. Refunds
Once your return has been received and approved:
- Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods
- You will be refunded via your original payment method (including Klarna, if applicable)
- Original standard shipping costs will be refunded where required under EU law
MÉVOIR may withhold reimbursement until the goods have been received or proof of return has been provided.

6. Deductions (If Applicable)
We reserve the right to reduce the refund amount if the item shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to assess fit, size, or appearance.
7. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are excluded from return:
- Items marked as Final Sale
- Hygiene-sensitive products (e.g. underwear)
- Customized or made-to-order items
8. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is defective or incorrect:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photographic evidence
- MÉVOIR will arrange a suitable resolution at no additional cost
9. Exchanges
To maintain efficiency, we do not process direct exchanges.
For a different size or item, please return your purchase and place a new order.
