Pre-order policy

MÉVOIR Pre-Order Policy

By placing a pre-order with MÉVOIR, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Pre-Order Item

Pre-order products are made available for purchase before they are ready for delivery. Your order reserves the selected item and size in advance.

2. Estimated Delivery

The estimated delivery date for the MÉVOIR Starlight collection is 11 November 2026.

Please note that this is an estimated delivery date and may be subject to change due to production, quality control or shipping delays.

3. Payment

Full payment is required at the time of placing your pre-order. Your order will only be confirmed once payment has been successfully received.

4. Changes & Delays

Although we aim to deliver within the stated timeframe, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. If there is a significant change to the estimated delivery timeframe, MÉVOIR will communicate this to customers.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

Pre-orders cannot be cancelled after production has commenced, except where required by applicable consumer law.

If MÉVOIR is unable to fulfil your pre-order, you will be entitled to a full refund of the amount paid for the affected item.

6. Returns

Once your pre-order has been delivered, our standard return policy applies. Items must meet the applicable return conditions.

7. Size Selection

Please carefully check the size guide before placing your order. Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size.

8. Acceptance

By completing your pre-order, you acknowledge that the item is a pre-order product and that delivery is expected around 11 November 2026, subject to possible delays.
